Getting into things / by Amanta Scott

Continuing on with highlights from the workshop with Parallel Lines at Kirkland Lake District Composite School . . .

It was fascinating to see people's reactions and hear their associations with each of the objects. None of us look at a thing in exactly the same way. Everyone has a unique perspective.

At the same time, while each of us may feel alone in the world, sometimes when we hear someone else's story we can find ourselves surprised by how much we resonate and connect with them.

In addition, their different perspective sometimes inspires us to reconsider our own ideas.

Tell me what you think . . .
