Open to students and the public, this course, encouraged participants to explore a wide range of guided and intuitive physical movements in response to improvised piano and percussion music performed by Amanta Scott. keyboards, musical director: The Good Baby - a musical by Leon Rooke

For six months Amanta toured the west coast of Canada by horse-drawn coach and wagon with the Caravan Stage Company. In addition to the music Amanta enjoyed living on the road as a gypsy, a return to her own gypsy heritage. She particularly loved working with and attending to the enormous Clydesdale horses. For Amanta, riding outrider - bareback on the Arabian and light horses, with the wind racing through her hair - called to the wild nature of her soul.
